Once an order has been submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. You may return your order by mail. Products purchased online (except for final sale items) may be exchanged within thirty (30) days from your order date. Original sales slip required.
Items must be returned in the original condition shipped, new with tags in bag and/or original shoe box, unworn, not washed in re-sellable condition. Tights may not be tried on due to hygiene purposes, unfortunately we can only accept returns if the item is unopened and sealed in package, please use the sizing chart to select appropriately sized tights. Please try on shoes on a clean surface or piece of paper to ensure that the shoes are not dirty or damaged. If an item is deemed to be defective, please contact us to replace the item which will be done upon approval that said item is defective.
How to complete a return: please email email@example.com to obtain a return label, if you have received free shipping on the outbound order, shipping for the return will be deducted from your refund. If you need a replacement item, please place a new order for the exchange. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and appears to be in the original condition as stated in the return policy.
